Anthony Cameron

Anthony Marichal Cameron, son of Kattie (Thomas) Fulmore and the late Addie Graham was born August 22, 1968, in Florence County, South Carolina, On Sunday, March 20, 2022, he entered into eternal rest at the Grand Strand Medical Center, Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Anthony attended the public schools of Florence County District Three. He graduated from Dade City High School in Dade City, Florida, Anthony received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Shaw University, Raleigh, North Carolina and a Master of Education Degree from Lesley University, Cambridge, Massachusetts. He served in the United States Army and received an honorable discharge. Anthony was employed by the Williamsburg County School District as a teacher at the time of his passing. He worked as a Clinical Counselor at Florence County Mental Health, Florence, South Carolina, taught high school in North Carolina and at a Community College. Anthony also served as an athletic director, basketball coach, football and baseball. He was an active member of the Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity. Anthony was also known to be a helper and a giver and ask for nothing in return. As a young man, he attended East Lake City Church, Anthony was preceded in death by his sister Beretta Cameron. He leaves to cherish special memories, his parents of Lake City, South Carolina; brothers, Rodrick Cameron of Columbia, SC, Decarl (Rah-Sheenia) Cameron, Orange Park, FL, Thomas (Rachel) Fulmore of Florence, SC; brother-in-love: Leonard Pee of Charlotte, NC; sisters: Yvette (Anthony) Graham of South Mills, NC, Tonyal (Gregory) McBride of Columbia, SC; uncle: James (Janice) Graham of Bladenboro, NC; special aunts: Virginia (Geoffrey) Lawson of Sumter, SC, Gwendolyn Harris of Columbia, SC; aunts: Aleatha Matthews of Atlanta, GA; Veda McCoy of Patterson, NJ; nephews: Cameron Graham, Jaylon McBride; nieces: Diamond Brown, Brooke Cameron, Haley McBride and a host of other relatives and friends.
