Quiema Jamie “Monkey Grip” McDowell daughter of James Singletary and Darline Lamisere was born
February 01, 1986, in Florence, South Carolina. On Saturday April 30, 2022, God called Quiema home.
Quiema was educated in the public schools of Lake City, SC-School District Three and New Rochelle,
NY. She continues her education in becoming a paralegal with a Master’s Degree. Her hobbies included
President of New Rochelle Step Team, coach middle school Step Team, and active in the New Rochelle
community. Quiema was extremely outing and wore many hats in the community, but her most valuable
role was being a mother to her kids and loving her family. She loved her kids and family beyond
measures, although her life here on earth ended too soon, we, her family will continue to honor her.
